Heart Health at all Levels, Part 2

Today’s video discusses the importance of interpersonal heart health. Our relationships with others provide us with the opportunity to actualize our potential as individuals. We need to take care of our interpersonal well being and ensure we maintain healthy relationships. Becoming avoidant, choosing toxic friendships or romantic partners, or demonstrating poor boundaries causes damage to our well being instead of growth. Consider the four B’s of healthy relational well-being:

  • Benefits and Blessings
  • Balance
  • Boundaries
  • Bloom-Tending

If you’re struggling in any of these areas, a life coach can help you navigate these challenges. Check out my virtual coach page if you’re interested in convenient, online sessions. I’d love to meet with you.
For your convenience, Boundaries is available at Amazon. Cloud and Townsend also wrote several related titles geared toward specific relationships (parenting, spouses, e.g.).
